天津市滨海新区图书馆建成于2017年10月1日，是在本地公共图书馆60年历史基础上发展而成的大型图书馆，是由滨海新区文化和旅游局举办的公益一类事业单位。天津滨海图书馆一馆多区体系总馆舍面积43230m^2,，藏书181万册。坐落在天津滨海文化中心内的“滨海之眼”是本馆的中心馆区，建筑面积33700m²，地下1层、地上5层，设计藏书能力135万册、坐席1500个。天津滨海图书馆的使命愿景是：你在我眼里，我在你心里。
      Tianjin Binhai New Area Library was opened on October 1, 2017 and is a large library developed from local public libraries which have a history of over 60 years. It is a public welfare institution organized by Binhai New Area Bureau of Culture and Tourism. Composed of four libraries, Tianjin Binhai Library has a total area of 43230 square meters and a collection of 1.81 million books. “The Eye of Binhai”, located in Tianjin Binhai Cultural Center, is the Central Library of Binhai New Area Library. With 1 floor underground and 5 floors above ground, the Central Library, which occupies 33700 square meters, is equipped with 1500 seats and has the capacity to stock 1.35 million books. Tianjin Binhai Library’s vision is: you are in my eyes, and I am in your heart.
